Elan provides cardholder service and access to transactions and service through several channels:
• ATM – For balance inquiries
• Voice Response Unit / Call Center – For Balance Inquiries, Account Transfers, or for all other services/inquiries
• Internet – For services that include statement view/print, balance inquiry, transaction search / inquiry, change password and initiate PayCard to PayCard transfers. Access to the Internet is via Elan’ online utility at www.paycardconnect.com. A larger employer has the option of using its own URL that links the cardholder to PayCardConnect through your its website(s) or use PayCardConnect.
